The Christopeit BT 4 is a stable pedal ergometer equipped with a wear-free 7 kg magnetic braking system and a silent belt transmission for a quiet and smooth workout. The resistance levels can be conveniently adjusted with 24 levels of resistance adjustment. The easy-to-use Soft-Touch computer, with tablet and smartphone holder, features an LCD screen split into 6 windows, allowing many displays to be shown at once. It is easy to use with touch-sensitive buttons.
Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting different programmes. A variety of training programmes can be used to achieve a versatile workout, from 10 pre-set training programmes to heart rate training with different cardio-loading programmes. 5 individual training programmes allow you to create your own training plans. A fitness test function evaluates your results after your workout with scores like a school grading scale. Hand pulse sensors are integrated in the sneaker and can be used to track your heart rate during your workout. The saddle can be adjusted in height vertically and horizontally using the quick release to choose a comfortable individual training position. Anti-skid pedals with separate pedal force ensure a stable foot position during pedalling. The front foot pedals allow for easy adjustment of the equipment position and the rear adjustable feet ensure a stable equipment position.
