🚚 Courier delivery
Courier delivery is provided by DPD. The delivery fee depends on the weight of the goods.
📦 Parcel lockers
Parcel lockers are available through the Omniva and DPD networks. Parcel locker delivery costs EUR 1.99. From time to time, we also offer promotions with free delivery on orders from EUR 20.
⏱️ Delivery time
- Delivery time: approximately 2–4 business days.
- Items that are in stock at our store warehouse will be delivered on the next business day.
- A more precise delivery time is shown next to the price of each product.
- On the morning of delivery, you will receive an SMS from DPD or Omniva with an approximate delivery time.
⚠️ Important!
The Helmand.lv online store does not provide product assembly or disassembly services. The courier company will not accept assembled goods or goods without their packaging for return. The courier only delivers the goods to the specified address without any additional services and does not carry them upstairs — delivery is made to the entrance of the property.
📋 Delivery terms
- Delivery can only be made to the specified delivery address during the scheduled time.
- If the delivery address is changed, delivery will be postponed to the next business day.
- If the delivery day is changed, you will receive a new delivery time window on the morning of the selected day.
- The delivery time window cannot be changed on the day of delivery.
🇪🇺 International delivery
Delivery is available to all European Union countries. The delivery price must be confirmed individually, as it varies depending on the destination country and the weight and dimensions of the goods.
The shopping cart currently calculates delivery fees automatically for the Baltic countries.
Delivery outside the European Union is not available.
