14-Day Return Policy
The 14-day right of return applies only to private individuals. Legal entities do not have the right to return goods.
❌ 1. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” provides that the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- The price of the goods or services depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the seller and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
- The goods are made according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
- The goods are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiry date.
- The consumer has opened the packaging of goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (for example: electric toothbrushes, epilators, electric shavers, beard/hair trimmers, electric hair clippers, hair straighteners, manicure and pedicure accessories, underwear, socks and tights, perfumes, cosmetic products, in-ear headphones, breast pumps, portable toilets, household chemical products and other similar goods).
- Due to their nature, the goods have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- The consumer has opened the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings or computer software.
- The contract concerns the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the supply of the digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost.
📋 2. Return conditions
- Every buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days if the product does not correspond to what the buyer ordered. By starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it corresponds to what was ordered, and the product can no longer be returned.
- The right of withdrawal applies to goods if the product is returned complete with all accessories, including the original product packaging, and proof of purchase is presented.
- The product packaging must be opened carefully, as products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted for return.
🔍 3. Consumer rights when inspecting the product
- The product may be inspected only to the extent that would be possible in a physical store. For example: an inflatable mattress may not be inflated; a bicycle may not be ridden outdoors — only its dimensions and construction may be inspected.
- Consumer liability — the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if, during the withdrawal period, the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
