For example, you can attach the equipment to a door, a tree or a bar. Long main strings with D-rings form a base that you can supplement with rings, handles or leg straps. You can easily lengthen or shorten the hanging trainer by attaching accessories to another D-ring. The included kettle allows you to perform mobile suspension exercises.
