The Tunturi Centuri dumbbell set provides an excellent base for all kinds of strength training. You can do endless back, neck, arms, legs, shoulders and chest strengthening exercises with dumbbells. The set includes three pairs of dumbbells of different weights and a dumbbell base. So you don't have to worry about the dumbbells being on their feet. The 6-cornered shape of the dumbbells prevents them from rolling around on the floor.
